Return & Exchange Eligibility:

Return/Exchange Requests: Returns and exchanges can only be accepted if the request is submitted within 3 days from the date you receive your package.

Store Credit: We offer store credit as the only form of return. The store credit will be valid for up to 90 days from the date of issuance.

Sale Items: We cannot offer exchanges or returns for items purchased during a sale.

Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. To claim a free exchange, you must provide an unboxing video showing the condition of the product upon arrival. This is essential to verify the condition of the item for any defects or damages.
Wear and Tear:

No Exchanges or Returns for Normal Wear & Tear: We do not offer exchanges or returns for damages caused by normal wear and tear. This includes any minor scratches, tarnishing, or other wear that may occur with regular use of the product over time.
How to Return or Exchange:

Submit a Request: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at hello@urbanhippieofficial.com within 3 days of receiving your package. Make sure to include your order number and the reason for the request.

Pickup and Inspection: Once we receive your request, our team will initiate a pickup of the item. After the product is returned, our team will inspect the returned product. Upon approval, we will issue your store credit or process an exchange.
Exchanges on Store Credit Purchases:

We do not offer exchanges on products purchased using store credit.
Cancellations:

We accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, simply send an email to hello@urbanhippieofficial.com with your order number, and we will process the cancellation accordingly.

We do not accept cancellations beyond 12 hours of receiving the order.
Missing or Defective Products in Your Order:

We dutifully check all items at the time of shipping the order. However, in the rare case that you receive fewer items than what you ordered or if any of the products are broken/defective, please report this within 24 hours of receiving the order.

You must provide an unboxing video of the order showing the condition of the products to help us assess the issue. Our team will investigate this on priority and offer the appropriate resolution.

Please note: We will not entertain requests for missing or defective products if reported later than 24 hours after delivery. Requests without an unboxing video will also not be considered.
