Not happy with your purchase ? Don’t worry, we have your back ! Urban Hippie offers a hassle free 5 day return from the date of delivery and a 100% refund policy.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as you received it. While sending the products, ensure that the original tags are intact. The quality team will run a verification process after receiving the products at our warehouse. Refund will be processed only after a successful verification. Urban Hippie reserves the right to reject the return incase any of the conditions are not met.
Please Note: We do not offer returns/exchange on personalized products, hair accessories, intimate and makeup products, discounted products (i.e.if you have applied a discount code), and free gifts unless there is a product defect.
Refund is only via store credits and we do not support option of cash refund.
Our refund by default will be in the form of store credits (coupon code) worth 100% of the order value. Credits will be valid for 6 months.
Simply follow below steps to initiate a return :-
(1) Send an e-mail to email@example.com mentioning your order number and the reason for return.
(3) Our team will acknowledge the return request within 48 hours. Please note this request has to be raised within 5 days of product delivery.
(4) On confirming your request, we will initiate a pick up from your address. Please ensure the product is unused, in proper condition and is packaged securely in a strong box along with a bubble wrap.
(5) Our quality team will inspect the product once it reaches our warehouse. Post successful inspection, the refund will be initiated.
(6) Note that customer is responsible for ensuring the products are received undamaged and in the original condition. Urban Hippie will not be responsible for any damage during transit and customers will not be eligible for refund in such circumstances. We therefore advise customers to use a robust packaging to send back the product.
Please allow a maximum of 10-15 days for the entire return process to be completed. i.e. from the time we receive the return email till the time you receive the refund.

We accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing the order. Just send an email at email@example.com with your order number and we will do the needful. There are no cancellation charges within 12 hours or if the order has not been shipped.
Exchanges are treated as a return of the previous product followed by an order for a different product. As a result, our return policies are applicable to exchanges as well. Exchanges will be subject to availability of the product and we cannot guarantee it will be available at the time we receive back the first product.
Missing or defective products in your order
We dutifully check all items at the time of shipping the order. However, in the one off case, if you receive lesser items than what you ordered or if any of the product is broken/defective, please report within 24 hours of order delivery. Our team will investigate this on priority and will offer the right resolution. Unfortunately, we will not be able to entertain such cases if reported later than 24 hours of delivery.
