1. Order Processing
We have now started deliveries across all districts (including red zones) after the government lifted restrictions on non-essential items.
We are processing orders by date which means orders that were placed before the lockdown will be shipped first. This might result in a bit of delay in new orders but we can assure that we would try our best to ship as fast as we can. Tentative delivery time 4-5 days.
However, delivery in containment zones continues to be forbidden. For these areas, we are accepting orders but can only ship after the restrictions are lifted.
3. Changes post lockdown
We have implemented new policies and introduced safety measures when we restarted our warehouse operations.
Every staff member involved in order handling process is required to wear gloves and mask at all times. Additionally, we have setup a process to check staff temperature daily at the time of reporting. We have a zero tolerance policy in this regard and will ask the staff to not report to work if there are symptoms of illness.
Our warehouse where entire order fulfilment happens is undergoing daily sanitisation. We are maintaining high hygiene standards to make our employees feel safe.
4. Payment method restrictions
Given customer safety is of paramount importance, we are discontinuing cash on delivery as a payment option. We wish to reduce as many physical touch points as possible to mitigate covid-19 related risk. We are expanding our digital payment options and will only accept prepaid orders as a contactless way to transact.
